- Postnatal Home Support-

Flexible, in-home support designed to help you feel calm, confident, and cared for in those early weeks.

This package offers health visitor–informed support, bringing the reassurance and knowledge of a qualified professional into your home, with the added time, continuity and flexibility you don’t always get elsewhere.

Includes:

• Feeding support (breast or bottle)

• Newborn care and settling guidance

• Emotional support and reassurance

• Light household help (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Time for you to rest, shower or sleep

£30 per hour (minimum of two hours). You may wish to do a combination of day times and evenings.

Block bookings available at a reduced rate.

I can cover anywhere in Faversham and the surrounding villages, Whitstable, Herne Bay and areas of Canterbury. I would ask for a contribution to fuel outside of these areas.

Postnatal Home Support and Bespoke Baby Massage Sessions

For parents wanting both practical support and a deeper connection with their baby.

This package includes everything in Package One, alongside health visitor–informed guidance and hands-on baby massage teaching to support bonding, development and confidence.

Includes:

• 1:1 baby massage guidance woven into your visits

• Understanding your baby’s cues and communication

• Gentle routines to support relaxation and sleep

• Follow-up resources to continue at home

• You will receive a sensory scarf and a bottle of organic massage oil as part of this package (massage is suitable from birth. You will be required to complete a health check form for your baby prior to starting)

£33 per hour
