Rosie Sutton Roberts - Owner, Baby Massage Therapist, Health Visitor & Antenatal Educator in Training

I’m Rosie, a registered adult nurse since 2016, with a background in cardiology and cardiothoracics before retraining as a Health Visitor at King’s College London. Working closely with families in the community — especially during COVID — showed me just how valuable ongoing, personalised support is during pregnancy and early parenthood.

Inspired to spend more meaningful time with families, I trained in baby massage and baby sign language and later started my own business after moving to Kent, where I’ve spent the past two years supporting and building a wonderful local parent community.

In July 2025, I welcomed my own baby following a long IVF journey, which deepened my passion for truly supportive, evidence-based antenatal care. After experiencing the Hey Baby course myself and finding it transformative, I was delighted to join the team. I’m currently completing my antenatal diploma and look forward to teaching classes later this year.

Samantha Rae - Antenatal Teacher, Doula and Hypnobirthing Instructor

I am a FEDANT accredited Birth & Parent coach & Doula who gained a diploma in Antenatal Education in 2021, leaving behind a 20 year media career. I did this to follow my passion of supporting expectant parents and families throughout pregnancy, birth & postpartum.

SO that's why I'm here, I want to support & guide as many of you, expectant parents, to have a positive, empowered experience when birthing your babies. So you understand the choices available to you in your birth and gain the confidence to advocate for yourselves when you need too. To leave your birth feeling connected and powerful! I also stay alongside you to answer questions, listen, support and sign post, if or when you need me long after your antenatal course ends.

Atosa Stedman - Doula & Hypnobirthing Instructor

I'm Atosa and I have made it my mission to equip birthing people and their partners with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to embrace their unique birth experience with confidence.

I believe that birth is a deeply personal journey that we can own and navigate with grace. By fostering a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and the birth process, you can feel calm and in control during labour. Together, we’ll explore how to make informed decisions that empower you to have a birth experience that is as exhilarating as it is transformative.

Hannah Croft - IBCLC Lactation Consultant

As an IBCLC I am passionate about helping families feed their babies in the way they choose to.”

I have been an IBCLC for 5 years, and have grown a successful private practice, serving families not only locally, but across the world.

Along with being an IBCLC, I am a trained and qualified Norland Nanny so I have the highest quality training in working with babies, children and their families, and therefore a unique set of skills. This has given me a solid basis to develop my own business working in the field of infant feeding support, and lactation, something I feel so privileged to be able to do. I love my job!
