Group classes with individual support

Information in pregnancy and birth can be totally overwhelming. By taking an Antenatal course you will experience a safe space to ask any questions, with non judgemental support throughout.

You are also able to contact us at any point in your pregnancy and after your baby is born, the support doesn't end when the course does.

Having someone that you know personally to support you means you receive continuity of care, and can help empower you to make decisions that are right for you and your family in your birth and early parenting journey.

Build your knowledge and your confidence before your baby arrives

Our antenatal classes will provide evidence based, vital information and support for you when you are expecting. There is a lot to learn and you can feel super anxious, which is totally understandable!

The Hey Baby Antenatal course will prepare you for childbirth, baby care, and you can address any concerns or questions. It helps you build confidence around your decision making, as so many of the choices in birth are yours to make.

Antenatal classes help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for your labour, birth and postpartum. You will leave feeling empowered and more confident, birth partners especially!

You can make friends for life!

Taking a group antenatal course means you will meet and make friends with other expectant parents who will also be having a baby around a similar time.

You will be in a WhatsApp group from the get go, so you can support each other and meet up before and after your babies are born.

Connection is so important in parenthood, and having a tribe can make all the difference with how you feel in the first year especially.
